Event Tickets for Autum Camp 3 - 24-28th Oct 2016 (Based at Farley Mount)

School holidays are the best time for children to be out and about. We run holiday activity camps in our natural woodland setting in both easter and summer school holidays. Children have fun around the campfire, engage with nature, get some fresh air and have lots of laughter with a bit of risky play. Join us for a day from 9am till 3pm – or even better for the whole week!

This camp is based in our nature kindergarden woodland at Farley Mount.

Children aged from 4 years up to 12 years attend a mixed-age group camp. Younger children are nurtured within the group and older children can develop their teamwork and leadership skills. Activities can include :

• Bushcraft and den building
• Whittling
• Campfire cooking
• Activities, woodland games and stories
• Art and crafts
• Scavenger hunts

Fees and kit

The day rate for camp is £32.50 per child. Children will need to bring a packed lunch and waterbottle or purchase a campfire hot dog lunch at checkout. Children need to wear appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes or wellies (depending on the weather) and bring waterproofs and a small rucksack with a spare set of clothes. Please note: long trousers, long-sleeved tops and closed shoes are essential protection against stinging nettles, rough wood and ticks.
